Work to take place in approximately one thousand, seven hundred linear feet (1,700 LF) of steam tunnel running from station 0+00 in front of Reynolds Hall up to and in front of Stalnaker Hall, ending in station 16+90. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion. - Substantial Completion shall be August 1, 2024 - Final Completion shall be August 21, 2024 Final Completion shall be when project site is de-mobilized and all project documents listed in Close-Out section of the specifications has been sent to the Owner. Liquidated Damages The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated above. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed or Executed Agreement shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion of contract time stated in number of consecutive calendar days or established date.
