href="mailto:millerj@ranchowater.com">millerj@ranchowater.com Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services Rancho California Water District (District) requires janitorial services at its District Headquarters (Headquarters) and the Santa Rosa Water Reclamation Facility (SRRRA) now under the Santa Rosa Regional Resources Authority. The Headquarters consists of multiple buildings identified with building labels: "A", "B" and "C" all located at 42135 Winchester Road Temecula, California 92590. The SRRRA consists of multiple buildings with building labels Office, "G" (Shop Building), and "H" (AWT Building) all located at 26266 Washington Avenue, Murrieta, CA 92562. The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, providing regularly scheduled janitorial services and appropriate supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness that is in accordance with all applicable health and safety regulations; including, all applicable industry standard and best practices for the type of work being performed. Areas to maintain includes all general office spaces including cubicles, conference rooms, the Boardroom, hallways, mailrooms, private offices, restrooms, break rooms and kitchens, laboratories, foyers, stairwells, locker rooms, and public access areas. The work in general will consist of furnishing all materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, tools, labor, supervision and incidentals necessary to maintain the District’s facilities in a high standard of cleanliness Other Details All notifications, updates and addenda will be posted on the District’s Bid Management System at: https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=39498. Bidders shall be responsible for monitoring the site to obtain information regarding this solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination of a nonresponsive bid. Proposers are reminded to allow enough time to submit their bid by the stated deadline. Proposals/Bids in progress and not submitted by the deadline will automatically be rejected by the system since it will not allow any bid submissions once the bid closes. Bidders will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating their bid was submitted successfully. No late bids will be accepted by the District and no exceptions can be made.
