The Work for this Project includes, but is not limited to the following: The project includes maintenance repairs for bridges on the METRO Green Line LRT systems. 1. Traffic Control: The Contractor is responsible for all traffic control. 2. Permitting: The Contractor is responsible to acquire any necessary permits for the work 3. Submittals: Contractor to submit product data for materials noted in the Contract Documents. 4. The Contractor is not allowed to use any personal electronic device when within the Hiawatha Light Rail Right-of-Way. The Right-of-Way is defined as 12 feet from any track. Contractors and employees who

have a work cell phone may have it on but may not acknowledge or answer it while fouling any track; they must step out of the Right-of- Way to use the device. 5. Attachment A Plan sheets. 6. Repair and/or replace failed Type III joint between bridge and parking structure /plaza. b. Repair leaking utility box near Pier 2. c. Place concrete infill near Pier 5. d. Spans 6, 9, & 15: Clean and flush out drainpipes. Replace or adjust broken or loose pipe hangers to remove sags in pipes and provide uniform support. b. Span 6: Reconfigure drainpipe assembly. c. Span 15: Repair failed pipe connection. 10. Bridge 27264 (LRT over TH62) a. Spans 2 & 8: Clean and flush out drainpipes.
