This sources sought notice has been issued to survey the market and assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in determining possible sources for consideration. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request to be considered for a contract award.The USCG is conducting market research to seek sources that have the capability to supply the item below. The item(s) must be new manufactured commercial items with traceability to one of the Original Equipment Manufacturers

(OEM), Eaton Aerospace, LLC (Cage Code 99643) or Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from the OEM or distributor to its current location.The offeror must be able to provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.246-15.
