THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure Energy Management Control System (EMCS) services with a base year and four option years contract.The contractor shall furnish services that includes all actions necessary to operate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to minimize total operating costs. This includes, but is not limited to, design, development, test and evaluation, execution, construction, operation, maintenance, upgrade or replacement, operation control, and adjustment of the EMCS.Under this requirement the contractor shall meet the following characteristics:CLIN 0001 - Monthly ServicesThe designated NAICS Code is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million.Your
response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, authorization and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
