Bid No. 24-56: Purchase and Delivery of Liquid Phosphoric Avid (75%) The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission , through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors for the purchase of approximately 300,000 pounds of liquid phosphoric acid (75%). This material will be supplied in bulk liquid deliveries of approximately 45,000 pounds each to the West Parish Filters Treatment Plant, located at 1515 Granville Rd, Westfield, MA 01085-4046. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. The decision to award more than one contract will be based on the needs of the Commission. The term of the Contract(s) shall be for One (1) Year with 2- One year in length Renewals. The amount of the contract(s) will be for an amount not to exceed $260,000.00 per year.
