MicroFocus Fortify Software License Renewal

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Grants Management Modernization (GMM) Program Management Office (PMO), in support of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), is requesting the renewal purchase of our current MicroFocus Fortify software licenses.
