ITB #2024-015 - WESTMORELAND PUMP STATION VERTICAL TURBINEPUMPS AND MOTORS

The City of DeSoto seeks topurchase eight (8) Vertical Turbine Pumps and Motors as described in the Specifications and Price Sheet of the bid solicitation. The pumps and motors purchased will be used in the Westmoreland Pump Station Rehabilitation Project currently under design scheduled for bidding in September 2024. Successful vendor will be required to coordinate with the successful bidder for the construction of this project with award expected in November 2024. Vendor will be required to coordinate with the Contractor for delivery to selected contractor, storage prior to the time of award, and start up assistance for the equipment asincluded in the specifications. Phased construction (and pump startup – in 3 groups) will be spread over an 18-month construction period. A Certificate of Proper Installation will be the final document indicating that the pump and motor installation is complete and the warranty period has
