23--RFQ closing date extended

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date for this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice to allow more time for Contracting Officer to review all vendors questions submitted in response to RFQ 36C24618Q9143. All questions will be answered by May 7, 2018 @ 4:00pm EST through an amendment via FBO. Due to this extension, quotes are now due by 04:00PM Eastern Standard time on May 10, 2018.
