Must be constructed of SAE 1020 High Carbon Steel. 2. Must have joints welding at least a minimum of 2/5 of 2/5 1/2 inch thick. 3. The bearings must be made of cast steel with cast steel rollers, that do not require re-lubrication. 4. All seats and stepping platforms must be made of custom molded LLDPE and HDPE Plastic. 5. After fabrication and welding, all parts must be hot dip galvanized for rust protection. 6. All metal parts must receive two layers of DuPont Powder Coat. 7.
