Legal Counsel Services

is seeking sealed proposals for legal counsel services from qualified firms that are licensed to provide legal services in the State of Michigan.  Submittals need not be inclusive of all legal services required by the Township as defined herein.  All submittals shall indicate the specific legal services for which the firm is submitting a response.  By responding to this RFP, the Proposer agrees to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
