The Agency seeks qualified Bidders to implement effective strategies to reduce the rate of Child Maltreatment in Iowa and to increase Protective Factors for families at an increased Risk of Child abuse or neglect. The successful Bidder shall administer a comprehensive Program to include a continuum of both Primary and Secondary Prevention efforts.
