COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 24-03 Putnam Ranch Subdivision Environmental Impact Report PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The proposed project involves dividing two combined 423-acre parcels into 53 approximately five-acre residential lots, along with approximately 119 acres of open space. This project is located in Unincorporated Amador County, southwest of the City of Plymouth, with the Zinfandel Ridge development to the north, open space and agricultural land on the east and west, and SR 16 to the south. Access is planned through a single entrance at the SR 16/SR 49 junction, which would extend the existing signalized intersection. Additionally, there will be an emergency access on SR 16, about 900 feet west of the SR 16/SR 124 intersection. On February 08, 2024, County staff will present a brief overview of the project to interested Respondent’s (non-mandatory) at 9:00 a.m. at the County Administration Center in the Board of Supervisors Chambers. After the presentation,
an opportunity to answer questions (Q&A) will be provided to all interested parties at one time. The County Administration Center is located at 810 Court Street, Jackson, CA, 95642.
