The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Maintenance and Development Division is seeking qualified contractors to furnishing all plants, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, management and labor necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with these Specifications and Contract Drawings. This work includes, but is not limited to, mobilizing and preparing all required equipment for dredging of Bladensburg Waterfront Park, preparation of the dredging site and the Colmar Manor Park Dredged Material Placement (DMP) Site, and the transport and proper placement of dredged material at the DMP
