This NOFA only applies to developments located within the City of St. Louis. Bonus points will be awarded for developing CDA-assisted and Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) owned properties, see Section IX. B. for details. The City of St. Louis received a HOME- American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) allocation, which is administered by HUD as part of its COVID-19 response initiatives. HOME-ARP funds must serve one or more of the qualifying populations described in Section V. A. CDA is administering this program for the City of St. Louis in an effort to expand the supply of quality, safe and accessible permanent supportive housing. Available Funds The CDA Spring 2024 Permanent Supportive Housing NOFA hereby announces the availability of up to $9,668,557 in HOME-American Rescue Plan Funds (HOME-ARP) for the production and preservation of permanent supportive housing serving one or more of the HOME-ARP qualifying populations.
