Hydra 70 (2.75 inch) Rocket System

This is a Sources Sought Notice.  The Aviation Rockets and Small Guided Munitions (ARSGM) Product Office is conducting market research to support the acquisition strategy for the Hydra 70 (2.75 inch) Rocket System.  The Government anticipates issuing a contract for FY25-29 requirements for the production of 1,000 - 300,000 rockets annually.   The Hydra 70 (2.75 inch) Rocket System includes manufactured hardware, assembly, test, and inspection in accordance with a Government-Owned Technical Data Package (TDP), including but not limited to, Unitary and Cargo Warheads, Rockets and Motors.  It is anticipated this action will be limited to the National Technology and Industrial Base (NTIB).This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) to be submitted. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a

contract because of this notice. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is strictly voluntary.No later than 15 days from the date of issuance, interested businesses should provide a Statement of Capability, which includes information on company background and past performance relevant to the requirements stated in this notice.  Past performance should emphasize the following areas:System Integrator providing supply chain management and contract administrationLoad, Assemble and Pack (LAP) of the final product at Contractor Owned facilities.Responses should include:Company Name, CAGE Code, DUNS, and Address of the contractorPoint of contact including name, title, phone and email addressSize of contractor, average annual revenue for the past three years and number of employeesWhether the business is currently classified as a Large, Small, Small disadvantaged, 8(a) and/or Women owned small business, or service disabled veteran owned small business.Please send submissions via email to veronica.d.squires.civ@army.mil.  Submissions shall not exceed 20 pages (8.5 X 11 inches).  Format of submissions shall be in accordance with the outline above.  Font shall be 12 pitch with one inch borders.  All information must be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.  No information marked {Proprietary to company name} will be disclosed outside of the Department of Defense.  No telephone inquiries will be accepted.  The documentation provided will not be returned.  This is not a Solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a Solicitation.Companies may request a copy of the Government-Owned TDP via email from the Contracting Officer, Veronica Squires at veronica.d.squires.civ@army.mil.
