Engineers Estimate $850,000 - $1,100,000 The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for Contract P2307-24 "Park Hills Dr. Storm Rehabilitation”, at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until March 28, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project involves storm drainage improvements to address drainage and flooding issues located on Park Hills Drive, W. 16th Pl., and W. 14th Pl. located within the Park Hills Drive subdivision. Work will consist of the installation of storm drain structures, approximately 749 linear feet of 10” and approximately 557 linear feet of 12” storm drain service lines. As well as using trenchless rehabilitation techniques (CIPP thermally cured or UV cured) for the 2,779 linear feet of existing 10”, 12”, 15”, 18”, and 21” CMP storm mainline. Also included will be the removal of an existing storm drain manhole, existing storm drain

catch basins, 8”, and 10” CMP pipe, and HMA patching. There will also be the installation of approximately 289 linear feet of 8” PVC waterline, and 20 linear feet of 6” PVC waterline with new valves and fittings.
