R--Defense Travel System Analyst

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Defense Travel System Analysis. This contract provides administrative support to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Eight (EODMU Eight) at Naval Station Rota. The requirement includes but is not limited to: assisting EODMU Eight personnel with the generation of travel orders and vouchers; monitoring compliance with applicable travel regulations; providing training to EODMU Eight personnel on travel procedures and assisting staff in correcting deficiencies identified in travel vouchers. The contractor will provide a single Defense Travel System Analyst who will perform on site in building 5 at Naval Station Rota in Rota, Spain. Solicitation N68171-18-Q-6035 is hereby issued today, 25 April 2018, and quotes are due by 17:00 local time on 25 May 2018. Solicitation N68171-18-Q-6035 utilizes simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202(a)(12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis.
