Answer: Please reference page 10 and page 11 of the Request for Proposal #23-051 for all information relating to the Cost/Price for the proposal. 2. Our insurance policy documents are quite lengthy. Can they be transmitted to the City: 1) via E-mail, or 2) in a separate envelope (such as the cost proposal)? Or, does it need to be attached to each copy of the proposal? Answer: The

insurance policy documents can be transmitted in a separate envelope. 3. Which of these forms would be needed by our sub-consultants?
