Addendum 1 Issued INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS The City of Bartlett is seeking bids for new pickleball courts including site preparations, post tensioned slab, electrical and concrete work located at 4734 Shadowlawn Road (Shadowlawn Park), Bartlett, TN, as per the bid documents.   Information and documents regarding this Bid are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org    The Bid Document Received Form must be emailed to the City of Bartlett Purchasing Department prior to submission of bid as stated in bid book. Questions regarding the Construction Plans and Bid Book must be emailed to Sam Henry, PLA, LEED AP, Sam@dt-designstudio.com . A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this bid.  It is highly recommended that all interested bidders attend this meeting.  The pre-bid conference will be held at Bartlett City Hall Annex, 6382 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134.  If you plan to attend, provide a company name, representative and contact number via email to Debbie Cairncross, Purchasing Agent, at dcairncross@cityofbartlett.org to confirm your attendance. We will be limited to the number of attendees and a confirmation email will be returned with additional requirements concerning the conference.   Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M . on Thursday, July 9, 2020 .   All bid packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “ FY2020-06-056 PICKLEBALL COURT CONSTRUCTION” and addressed as follows: MAYOR A.
