QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR VARIOUS SITES

The City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking expressions of interest (“Expressions of Interest”) from architectural firms (“Architect(s)”) with expertise in site analysis to complete the necessary research, design and drafting services for a preliminary conceptual design and massing study in support of a preliminary review and a subsequent “Letter of Enquiry” (“LOE”) submission for various sites, with the possibility of assisting in a formal rezoning application. The City is interested in prequalifying up to five firms experienced the design and construction of multi-unit residential buildings in the City of Vancouver, the design and construction of pre-engineered/pre-fabricated wood and steel design and construction methodology, and the design and construction that balances expedited implementation with neighbourhood design
