The goal of this RFP is to award this solicitation to one or more vendors based on the Award Evaluation Criteria, services provided, the needs of the District and the responses to the RFP attributes and line items. An award of a contract resulting from this solicitation does not imply an exclusive engagement or that any purchase is guaranteed to the awardee. The District intends to use Federal Funds (Student Nutrition Funding) for this purchase. Pricing shall remain firm during the term of each contract year. ISD Board of Trustees on December 18, 2023. The term of this contract should be one (1) year (based on board award date) December 19, 2023 through December 18, 2024 with three (3), one (1) year optional renewals. Electronic submission is preferred through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave or three (3) complete hard copies of the proposal with original signatures may be submitted to the proposal coordinator.
