Assignments may be for full cycle recruitments or referral-based recruitments. Please refer to Attachment A, Statement of Qualifications for a complete description of the required tasks for each option. The outcome of this SOQ process is to prequalify firms and enter into a signed master agreement with each firm for the City to utilize when a specific recruitment is identified. The complete scope and cost for a specific recruitment shall be negotiated and finalized by task order that will be issued by purchase order prior to the commencement of services.
