The Army Rapids Capabilities Office needs to connect their office to the DISA JSP MAN and must purchase routers and switches that work on the DISA JSP MAN. Purchased equipment must 1) comply with DOD instruction and 2) must work with DISA and JSP current network architecture standards. Juniper routers and switches are the only devices which meet both requirements to be listed on the DODIN APL and to work with the DISA and JSP network architecture standards. Other network equipment cannot/will not be supported by DISA JSP, and connecting other network equipment may create network problems causing network denial of service to the entire National Capitol
