Sealed proposals must be received no later than July 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Faxed proposals, incomplete proposals or proposals that are received late will not be considered for award. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with all requirements detailed in the proposal packet. Proposal must be contained within a sealed envelope, the outside of which is clearly marked ‘Retail Development Services'. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informality in the proposal process.
