Enterprise Voice Services Consulting - Request for Information The Ontario Public Service (OPS) is seeking to modernize its enterprise voice capabilities with fully managed and integrated voice services across the province.
The primary requirement is the ability of the user to connect, communicate and collaborate using state-of-the art enterprise grade technology.
The starting point for the implementation of this strategy is to manage the diverse telephony services by implementing integrated, modernized managed

voice services.
The Ministry is seeking information from the industry that would help inform future requests for bids (RFB). It is expected that the input provided through this process will inform the following objectives:
• Establish future RFBs better aligned to the unique aspects of the communication and collaboration requirements of OPS.
• Identify areas of concern that may cause the companies to withdraw from participation.
