22016 Consulting Services Disaster Recovery for COVID 19

The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from a professional consulting and grants management services to support the Citys response to and recovery from the Coronavirus Disease, pandemic disaster. The RFP package will be available July 19, 2021 at the Office of the Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than August 10, 2021 @ 11:00 am. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.
