J065--Annual Preventative Maintenance on 229 Ceiling Patient Lifts at the Buffalo and Batavia VA Medical Centers

It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a)

This Sources Sought is for the Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 and for the Batavia VA Medical Center located at 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020 who have a requirement for annual preventative maintenance of the estimated 229 total ceiling patient lifts from 12/1/2021 to 11/30/2022 with the provision of four (4) option years. A site visit may be included in the official solicitation. All parts, labor, and materials shall be included in the purchase order in order to perform: Equipment to be serviced includes the following manufacturers: Guldmann, INC., Handicare (SystemRemedic lifts), Tollos, INC., and Prism Medical (Formerly Waverly Glenn). All inspection services shall be conducted during standard business hours (7:00AM to 4:30PM) Monday through Friday only and shall be scheduled at least three (3) business days in advance with the COR. The NAICS Code is 811310 with a Small Business size standard of $7.5 million. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors must be registered in the VetBiz (VIP) database.
