Auction Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under GSA Reverse Auctions ID 9905. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses aret hose in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice 20161222. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517919. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. NAVSUP FLC-Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Oracle Brand Name hardware and software maintenance support for a one year period. Third party maintenance support is not allowable or authorized. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and the evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. All vendor participants shall be an Oracle authorized and certified reseller in order to be eligible and considered for award. Proof of this shall be provided with quote submission by providing a reseller letter from Oracle that is signed and dated. If the letter is NOT provided before award; the vendor will be considered Non-Responsive and not eligible for award.
