Technical Data Support Services Enterprise - TDSSe3

The Technical Data Support Service (TDSSe3) enterprise contract is for the continuation of services associated with the sustainment and conversion of Technical Orders (TOs) and engineering data managed within organic systems. Services will include TO and engineering data: management, update, conversion, distribution, and library services. TDSSe3 will replace the single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract FA8530-20-D-0002, set to expire 08 March 2025. The TDSSe3 acquisition will be competitively awarded within the 8(a) Small Business Development Program as an IDIQ contract, in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be for nine (9) years (Four (4) year ordering period with one (1) option for five (5) additional ordering periods) and FAR Extension of Services clause 52.217-8 will be included. The award will be to a single source. This presolicition notice is to provide the synopsis of the upcoming requirement and provide additional updates to the TDSSe3 requirement via the attached TDSSe3 Description of Requirements as well as provide updated draft copies of the Sections L&M, PWS, CLIN Description, Labor Catorgies, and Cost/Price evaluation model in order to receive Industry feedback.
