The company has monopolize on the provision of data services within the area.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail by 2:00 PM MST on December 12, 2022. Any other form of communication will not be considered.A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
