DPHL’s intent is to award multiple contracts based on successful responses to this RFP to meet our diverse needs for procuring items for the laboratory. It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to supply the Delaware Public Health Laboratory with the necessary testing supplies and services to maintain the current laboratory equipment that the laboratory currently owns, or new equipment purchased

through this contract.
