The expansion of the parking lot will be achieved by removing an existing pair of tennis courts located adjacent to the current parking lot. The job site is ready, and the City Building Department is prepared to issue a permit to the selected contractor. PARKING LOT EXPANSION Parking lot expansion Scope of Work 1. Work that is to be performed includes the removal of all vertical features of the existing tennis courts as well as miscellaneous items around the courts. The construction will include the installation of header curbing, infrastructure for lighting and an auto charging station, construction of water quality structures, milling, repaving and striping of the pavement surface. 2. The Contractor is required to contact "Dig Safe" prior to doing any excavation on the site. 3. The contractor is required to obtain all City permits related to land disturbance and construction. There will be no cost to the permits. 4. The existing adjacent parking lot shall be protected and will be accessible during construction. 5. Coordinate any impact to the operation of the existing parking lot with the City Club management and the City’s Parks Department representative.
