Highway 52 Underpass Water Main Relocation Project

The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for  the Highway 52 Underpass Water Main Relocation Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on February 21, 2020 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid, and Addendum No. 1 and No. 2, in the Related Documents section below. Project Summary:  The project generally consists of the relocation and replacement of PVC and new installation of PVC adding infrastructure. Delivery of Bids:  All  sealed bids must be addressed to:  City of Fort Morgan Bid for Hwy 52 Underpass Water Main Relocation Project Attention: Erik Sagel - and bear the name of the bidder and their address. If delivering via private courier (such as FedEx, UPS, etc.) to: 110 Main St., Fort Morgan, CO 80701. If mailed via USPS, send to: P.O. Box 100, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Pre-Bid Meeting: A  mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall located at 110 Main Street. All prospective bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.  Questions:  All questions must be in writing and addressed to Erik Sagel, Water Distribution Superintendent, by Email.  The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, February 14, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Erik Sagel at (970) 542-3911 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The Procurement Policy can be
