Solicitation Description: General: The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) for Wortham House Landscape Phase 1 (the “Project”), located at 1505 South Blvd, Houston, Texas 77006.Project Description: Landscaping upgrades in accordance with the drawings and specifications set forth in EXHIBIT E and created by PBK Architects/Asakura Robinson. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: a new Gazebo, landscape lighting, and landscape irrigation and drainage. This scope of work is Phase 1 of 2 phases. Future phases will be separately procured and include the demolition and construction of the pool house as well as improvements to the surrounding area.
