IPT-2021 Accellix Integrated Cartridge Platform System

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued, and quotations will not be requested.The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed price purchase order to Accellix Inc., San Jose CA 95131 on a sole source basis for the IPT-2021 Accellix Integrated Cartridge Platform Instrument, including 1-year warranty and installation. This instrument is needed to quantify and qualify our cellular therapy product. It will be used for multiple clinical protocols of lot release assays at the PACT section of CCE. The flow cytometer, cartridge-based cell counter from Accellix, will be used to replace our dated cell counter.Accellix Inc. is the only vendor that provides this fully automated, cartridge-based flow cytometry system, which is used for clinical lot release assays.This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the FAR Subpart 6.302-1, allowing the Contracting Officer (CO) to solicit from

one source.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, with a small business standard size of 1000 employees.This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive quotations.  Interested concerns capable of providing the same products or services as described in this notice may submit a capability statement outlining their capabilities.  No solicitation is available. Information received will be evaluated for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Capability Statements must be received within the time set forth in this synopsis to be considered by the Government.  A determination to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Each response should include the following Business Information:a.
