The County is seeking a commercially available solution that: can be configured to meet the RFP requirements with minimal customization offers an adaptive solution to accommodate changes in legislative or business practice areas provides a proven system that has been successfully implemented in a production environment closely mirroring the volume and type of clients found in the County caters for future potential growth in excess

of 5-10 years The County is not interested in beta systems or in purchasing professional services to design and develop a custom-built solution. The intended solution includes: Software as a Solution (SaaS) application deployed in a government cloud Any required 3 rdparty licenses and integrations thereof Professional services to support implementation, migration, and integration Training, support, and maintenance. It is the County’s intent to award one (1) contract with a term of up to three (3) years, with the option by the County to extend the term for two (2) additional years unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The mandatory requirements of the solution are in APPENDIX A.. Proposals not meeting the mandatory requirements will not be considered for further evaluation. Only one submittal will be accepted from each Proposer.
