Civil Engineering (Civil Design, Land Surveying, Traffic Engineering, Traffic Planning, Plan Checking, and Pavement Management) 2. Architectural and Facilities Engineering Design 3. Landscape Architecture Design 4. Structural/Seismic Engineering Design 5. Assessment District Engineering and Project Administration 6. Dry Utility/Street Light Design 7. Sewer and Lift Station Design 8. Staff Augmentation and Project Management for Public Works 9. Construction Management and Inspection 10. Sewer Spill Response 11. Environmental Consulting 12. Funding Assistance Firms are invited to propose on one or more category, or portion of category, and there will be no minimum or maximum number of firms selected for each category. A separate proposal is required for each category and shall be specific to the category being proposed. Other Details Any requests for clarification or questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via email to Josh McDonald, Associate Civil Engineer, at jmcdonald@lagunabeachcity.net no later than March 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Responses will be provided via an addendum posted on the City’s website on or about March 27, 2023. One (1) digital copy of the Technical Proposal in Portable Document Format (PDF) form along with one (1) separate digital copy of the Cost Proposal in PDF form shall be uploaded into PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified above. No exceptions to this requirement will be considered.
