On-Call Land Development Plan Review Services

Description: The City of Orinda is situated in the Oakland/Berkeley hills immediately east of the Caldecott Tunnel on Highway 24 in Contra Costa County. The City’s Public Works and Engineering Services Department maintains approximately 92 miles of public right-of-way as well as five two-lane bridges in a semi-rural community with 31 miles of creeks. The City of Orinda plans to select an on-call civil engineering firm to provide Land Development Plan Review services through June 30, 2025 with the ability for the City Manager to extend the contract for two additional one year terms. The time and materials contract limit is $200,000 with the ability to amend the limit on an as needed basis.
