A contract shall be awarded to the responsive and eligible contractor offering the lowest total price. CUSTOM-BUILT BOLLARD INSTALLATION Quotes from vendors are due to Mr. Brian Pena, Director of Public Works, via email at bpena@cityoflawrence.com on or before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. Requests for the Scope of Work may be obtained after 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 .  Specifications can be obtained by emailing Brian Pena at bpena@cityoflawrence.com   These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certification.
