Parking Lot / Fence Repair - Barstow

JOB WALK (Completed): 5/9/2023 Q&A END (Completed): 5/16/2023 ADDENDUM (Completed): 5/24/23 BID OPENING: 5/30/2023 at 2:00 PM The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Parking Lot Fence Repair - Barstow located at Barstow Armory, 1601 Armory Road, Barstow, California. Work to include: Work will consist of furnishing notifications, fees, labor, materials, disposal needs, equipment, and warranties. The project includes site work and the replacement of the Asphalt Parking Lot and Perimeter Fence for the Barstow Armory. General repairs will include full depth asphalt replacement, drainage, concrete curbing, grading, drainage, lighting curb/gutter, striping, sewer lateral, lighting, replacement of existing security fencing, and new landscaping. ADA accessible parking and walkways will be added. The drainage work will include catch basins, manholes and piping. Existing site features and paving will require demolition. The scope of work is detailed in the project drawings and specifications. All work shall comply with trade standards, all applicable State and Federal codes.
