Solicitation Number 1605DC-20-Q-00002Medical Provider Network and Directed Medical Services (MPN-DMS)Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP)Division of Federal Employees’ Compensation (DFEC)The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM) Office of Procurement Services (OPS) hereby issues Solicitation Number 1605DC-20-Q-00002 for the procurement of nationwide Medical Provider Network and Directed Medical Services (MPN-DMS) to support the Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Federal Employees’ Compensation (DFEC).The Government anticipates the award of a single, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.This requirement is posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 621111 -- Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists).  The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code
621111 is $12 Million.  The Product Service Code (PSC) for the requirement is Q999.The requirement for nationwide Medical Provider Network and Directed Medical Services (MPN-DMS) shall be competed utilizing Full and Open Competition with no Set-Asides.PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:Please refer to Solicitation Number 1605DC-20-Q-00002 for all instructions, conditions, notices, and general guidance related to this procurement.Offerors are expected to thoroughly review and comply with the attached solicitation.  Failure to do so will be at the Offeror's own risk.Please note the following due dates related to Solicitation Number 1605DC-20-Q-00002:1. THE DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING THIS RFP is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2019, 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME.2. ALL PROPOSAL VOLUMES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT BY 10:00 AM EASTERN TIME ON MONDAY, JANUARY 31, 2020.3.
