Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-23-Q-0551.The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to General Standards Corporation on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). General Standards Corporation is the only capable source. The General Standards Analog-to-Digital (A/D) and Digital-to-Analog (D/A) Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) boards meet the Government minimum requirements. The design

of the equipment is proprietary to General Standards. No other manufacturer can produce equipment that is identical in form, fit, function, and software interface capabilities without violating General Standards’ proprietary design.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
