Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - 2024 Ballot Measure Public Outreach Consultant Services

The City of Fairfield seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals for professional services to provide public outreach services pertaining to two November 2024 ballot measures. The City seeks to both increase the transient occupancy tax and separately, modernize and simplify its business license tax structure to create a fair and equitable structure among businesses based on size and category. There will not be a mandatory pre-submittal conference held for this solicitation. Questions regarding any part of the RFQ may be submitted in writing via email to Savita Chaudhary at schaudhary@fairfield.ca.gov. All written requests for RFQ clarifications must be received by 4:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024. Submittals shall be complete and can either be mailed or submitted electronically via email. NO FACSIMILE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Submittals shall be marked “ 2024 Ballot Measure Public Outreach Consultant Services” and show the proposer’s name, address, and telephone number on the outside of the envelope.
