Revision to Connection Fee

NOTICE OF REVISION OF LOGAN TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY CONNECTION FEE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to NJSA 40:14B-22 and 23, on March 25, 2024 at 7 PM at the Logan Township Municipal Utilities Authority Office, located at 69 Jefferson Lane, Logan Township, NJ 08085, the Authority shall conduct a public hearing to consider a revision of its Connection Fee to $5,528.At that hearing, the Authority shall present evidence showing that the proposed revision of the Connection Fee is necessary and reasonable and shall provide an opportunity for cross-examination of the persons offering such evidence.
