RFP #2024-11 - Comprehensive Recreation and Park Plan

The City of Allentown is the 3 rd largest city in Pennsylvania with a vast park system of over 2,000 acres and 35 parks. Allentown is also socioeconomically diverse, and this plan is meant to identify projects and recreational programs that meet the changing needs of the city. This project is partially funded by a grant from the Community Conservation Partnerships Program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Recreation and Conservation (Bureau).
