Please provide a 24 X 7 contact name and phone number. 1.8 Training: Upon delivery of equipment, training by qualified instructor(s) shall be provided to County operators, service personnel, and mechanics to assure efficient and economical performance and maintenance of machine. Bidder agrees that training, at the supplier’s expense, is to be provided until the County feels personnel are trained. 1.9 Partial Bid Not Allowed: Bidder understands that submission of a partial listing of items on the bid schedule may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive. 1.10 Payment Upon Acceptance: Bidder agrees that payment will be made after completion of delivery and signed acceptance by the County. 1.11 Warranty: Bidder understands the price bid must include a warranty that covers all parts and labor for a period of at least one (1) year.
