Multi Media Equipment (MMS)

PURPOSE: To obtain new Multi-Media Service Equipment as specified on the Exhibit A Pricing Spreadsheet, which is a separate downloadable Excel spreadsheet attachment. The Proposer must bid the equipment model specified in Exhibit A Pricing Spreadsheet. No equivalent products or alternate brands shall be accepted. Product substitution is only permissible if the product model is at “end of life” and soon to be discontinued (refer to Section 1.4 “Substitutions of Products”) or if the anticipated delivery time exceeds 10 weeks.The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the manufacturer equipment specified. The bidder must bid on ALL the items listed in Exhibit A, Pricing Spreadsheet.*If you have questions or clarifications, they must be submitted through the Bid's Clarifications tab so that all interested vendors may receive the same clarification.
