Combined Operations Facility Improvements

Project consists of the following: construction of a covered, construction vehicle wash down facility approximately 25’ x 47’6”.  Lengthen the existing sand, stone and cold mix bays and provide a continuous roof above the expanded bays and adjacent pavement.  Add a materials storage building (Approximately 6,330 SF) with pipe and materials racks.
