Re-Bid Form- Phase II.pdf) . This form is the
correct form. Another way just to make sure you are using the correct bid form
is that the correct bid form has 32 items , the incorrect bid form has 36
items. Please remember that there are
two (2) bid forms to completely fill out and return. If you have any
questions at all, please call me at 850-595-4987.BUDGET: Also, the budget for this program is
$280,000.00 .
